Once upon a time, I had a Palm-Docs page. Then I looked around and realized that there's a lot more than Palm out there, and a lot more popular formats than the old Aportis-Doc format or iSilo. (Does anyone still use iSilo?) So now, it's not just about Palm PDAs anymore. Now it's Kindles and EReaders and all kinds of EBook readers. For your eBook reading pleasure, I present my own fanfics in MOBI (for Kindle users), EPUB (for most othee EBook readers), and zipped-HTML format (for netbooks and other offline-on-your-computer reading).

For the moment, this is all my own fanfiction. I may resume hosting other fanfics in e-book formats if I get permission from the authors for the new formats.

Tools I use for creating e-books:

Calibre

So far, my conversion tools begin and end with Calibre. I start with HTML files of my stories, and use Calibre's import and conversion facilities to create MOBI, EPUB, and even the HTML zip-packs. It was originally intended as a tool for the Sony E-Reader, to convert various EBook formats into the proprietary LRF format that the Sony E-Readers originally read. Now the E-Readers support EPUB, and Calibre exports a whole lot of EBook formats in addition to that. Calibre is an open-source, GPL project, and it's available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS.
